Management Overview
This seminar provides a comprehensive review
of the ISO-9000 standards and requirements for achieving registration enabling
participants to make informed decisions concerning registration and
implementation. Intended audience is the facility management team. (½-1 day)
ISO-9001 and
ISO/TS-16949 Implementation
This seminar is designed to provide
employees with a basic knowledge of the applicable ISO standard and an
understanding of their role in achieving registration. Specific topics
covered include:

ISO-9001 and
ISO/TS-16949 Project Management
This workshop provides the participant with a planning methodology to plan,
track and close out an implementation project. The goal is to complete
registration on-time and within budget. (1/2 - 1 day)
Internal
Auditing
This seminar enables the participant
to conduct objective internal audits in accordance with ISO 9001:2000,
ISO/TS-16949:2002 or other
relevant standard. Topics cover
the Q10011 standard requirements for auditor training. Contents include:

evaluating, and reporting

The workshop includes conducting an actual audit on-site. (2

Potential
Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA)
This seminar is designed to provide employees
with the skills and knowledge to identify and prevent potential failures through
the use of Potential Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA). Participants work
on actual products and processes for exercises throughout the session.
