Overview

This seminar will enable a participant who is knowledgeable in SPC to develop an implementation plan and train other employees.  The session focuses on adult learning and actual practice teaching.   The participants technical knowledge is further enhanced through in-depth discussions of the SPC tools.

During the session each participant will develop an SPC implementation plan for their facility.
